ARE THE ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS?

Applicants
must be at least 17 years of age.

Present
a copy of your high school diploma or
show evidence of a high school equivalency
diploma (GED) or transcript. Applicants
who desire a degree but are lacking a
high school diploma or GED will be required
to give evidence of a GED within six (6)
months from the date of their first class.
After 6 months, courses the student completed,
will revert to audit status and credit
will not be issued. No reimbursement will
be given.

must complete the Student Resume Form.
Students are expected to live a godly
life in accordance with godly principles
as set forth in Scripture.

with the application students must include
a $40.00 non-refundable application fee.

WHEN
CAN I MAKE APPLICATION?
Application can be made at any time during
the year. The application must be completed
in its entirety and approved prior to the
students first course.
HOW DO I APPLY?
Submit the following items to the Admissions
Office. Please make sure your name is clearly
visible and legible on each and every document,
form and photo in the application package.

The
applicant must complete the FCU Application
Form in its entirety. An incomplete application
will delay the application process. |

Submit a non-refundable
$40.00 application fee with
your application. The application fee can be
submitted either:
Through our website electronically.
By credit or debit card over the telephone.
By check or money order mailed to the
attention of the Admissions Office.
Refer to "How to Submit" below.

Submit
the FCU Student
Resume Form. Please be advised all information
included on the Student Resume Form will be
held in strict confidence.

Submit
proof of High School Diploma or GED. This
may be submitted in the form of a high school
transcript, photocopy of high school diploma
or an official transcript.

| 5.
|
Complete
the FCU Request for Official Transcript Form
for each college from which you previously
earned academic credit and desire to transfer
those credits to FCU towards a degree. Do
not list any colleges on your application for
which you are not applying for a transcript.

Please be advised that colleges normally
charge a nominal fee for this service and if
it is not included with your request it will
result in considerable delay. We encourage you
to contact your prior college/s to determine
the fee amount.
What Is An Official Transcript? A transcript
is not official unless it is sent from institution
to institution and bears the official seal of
the institution where the work was completed.
A student may not submit personal copies of
academic records as official transcripts. A
student may submit copies to the Administration
Office for a preliminary assessment before the
official transcripts arrive.

a recent photo with your application. The picture
should be a close up of head and shoulders.
Please identify your picture with your name
and address on the back. You can sent it in
a jpeg file format by email to Admissions@fcu.edu
or send by U. S. mail. (photos cannot be
faxed)

has received all your forms, your application
for admission will be reviewed to be sure all
proper documents have been received.
Once approved:

will receive an acceptance letter which will
include your student I.D. number.

you have your student I.D. number you will be
eligible to register
for your first class.
