Headbanger: Lives to rock, and rocks
to live. No other form of existence satisfies
this guy. Whether it’s a 70’s re-make,
a new cover hit, or an original masterpiece, he
plays with the same enthusiasm. Harv knows that
he's hearing a great song when goose bumps appear
all over his body. If the adrenalin that his body
manufactures for a show could be tapped, the world's
energy problems would be solved. This man cannot
stand still on stage.

Wildcat Spratt: Wildcat has played
locally with "Stone Garden", "Rampage"

He appeared in an MTV video with "The Return".
The Wildcat has played Ludwig and Rogers drums,

Calhoun: Dave's early influences were
the biggest, baddest bands on the planet. From
Aerosmith to Zeppelin, he was hooked on it.
He played in a few bands on the drums but just
wasn't happy. Being in the back watching the
others in the bands having all the fun with
the fans was too frustrating. After switching
to bass, he joined "Motherload". From
there he moved on to "Storm Front",
"Flashback", "Doktor Maxx",
"Tommy Rocker" and after a long hiatus,

"The band name originally came from a dream
I had that I was at a show and I saw myself
in a band called Harvey Headbanger. Everyone
in the room was calling me Harvey," recalls
As the name implies, "headbanging rock"
is what we do.
Harvey explained, "Before I had assembled
the band, I interviewed as many musicians as
I could for every position looking for the right
chemistry. Even after all that we still wound
up changing some members. But then the guys
that are with the band now weren’t available
at the beginning, so everything happens for
a reason, I guess."
When asked about the band's "live"
shows, Harvey stated, "I can’t stand
still on stage. The music makes me move. The
rest of the guys don’t just stand there
and play either. Nobody wants to go see a band
stand there looking bored. That’s why
most people say they are going to “see”
a band, not “hear” a band. The energy
we create gets the crowd going, which then gets
us pumped up even more. We feed off the crowd,
and then they do the same from us."
The current HARVEY HEADBANGER band lineup has
been in place since January 1, 2010, and with
the band's new chemistry has come up with ten
original songs plus others in various stages
of completion. Look for our new CD in early

CD album. Our music is pretty diverse in nature,
in that each band member writes, and has his
own diverse musical influences to bring to the
band. We don't sound like we're trying to copy
anybody. We're unique.
