  JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES through Goodwill offer you yet another source for locating both skilled and unskilled employees in a very competitive labor market. Our Job Placement Staff specializes in evaluating, counseling and placing capable employees with disabilities, persons transitioning off welfare, seniors 55+, those with temporary language barriers, and many others. A Goodwill liaison will work with you personally to ensure that your company hires the right person for the job, assists in making any ADA accommodations, if necessary, for new hires with disabilities, and even follows your new employee's progress for a full six months to make sure the transition to employment with your company is completely successful. All five centers assist, on average, between 50-100 job seekers daily, and offer complete job search, placement and employability coaching on a walk-in basis.
